With experience across arbitration, settlement negotiations, federal criminal investigations, and trial, I am well-equipped to step into high-stakes matters and contribute from day one.

While my litigation background spans a number of case types, my focus has been defending professional individuals and family-owned businesses. I have achieved or been part of teams achieving favorable results, including successfully defending against breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims in arbitration, negotiating a favorable settlement in a nuisance matter, securing a voluntary dismissal of a complaint alleging ADA violations, and attaining a dismissal of claims through the Uniform Public Expression Act. Additional experience includes trade secret matters, representing employees in government contract investigations, and defense of unauthorized access claims under California Penal Code section 502.

Spanish is my first language and I remain fully fluent. In 2018, I was a panelist in the Diverse Women in the Law Panel presented by the Chapman Women Lawyers Association.

I earned my J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where I was published in and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chapman Law Review. I also externed for the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court and to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert of the United States Bankruptcy Court. I earned my B.A. in French Cultural Studies from Wellesley College.
